At iNhancement Fitness, we offer flexible options to fit your lifestyle and commitment level. Whether you’re ready to commit to a monthly plan or just want to drop in and try a class, we’ve got something for you!

🔸 3-Day Plan

  • Choose any 3 days of the week to train, thats 12 sessions a month.

  • Glute Camp is included and counts as one of your 3 sessions.

  • Perfect for those who want flexibility but still see consistent results.

🔸 Unlimited 5-Day Plan

  • Come to as many sessions as you like, Sunday-Saturday, 20 sessions a month.

  • Glute Camp is included at no extra cost.

  • Ideal for those who want maximum results and accountability.

🔸 Drop-In Days

  • Great for trying out a class before committing.

  • Perfect if you need flexibility or want to add a 4th workout to your 3-Day Plan.

  • Pay per session—no long-term commitment required.

Class Schedule

Monday – Thursday | 7 PM – 8 PM

Saturday | 11 AM – 12 PM

Sunday | 4 PM – 5 PM

📌 Dr. Parker instructs on rotating Sundays, Mondays, and every Wednesday. Please check the schedule page for exact monthly dates.
